It produces very large bulbs; the white wrappers have some pink tint and purple striping. Approximately 4-7 cloves per bulb. It offers excellent flavor, pungent but not too hot. Scapes can be harvested and used for cooking before the garlic itself is actually harvested. Medium term storage. Performs well in any climate. Hardiness zones 3-8.
