Description

This squash produces shiny golden yellow scalloped edged fruit with small green circles on the blossom end (green will vary under different environmental conditions). Pick small at the 2 – 4” stage before seed development for a tasty summer squash flavor with a hint of nuttiness. Eat raw in salads or grilled. If left on the vine, fruits will develop a hard shell for fall ornamental sales.
